New Links OhMyGov! and NCMBC

We've added two links to the favorite links list:

• OhMyGov! is a well written blog that discusses many aspects of government both inside and those trying to get inside - a recent article/guest editorial on "How Regulations are Limiting Access to Contracts" by Raul Espinosa was particularly interesting, in a nutshell it describes how many agencies are ignoring statutory small business requirements.  Check it out
• The North Carolina Military Business Center (which also covers Fed business) is an excellent source of information with numerous conferences, programs and educational tools for small businesses interested in Fed &b MilCon work.  They recently offered a certification course in DOD contracting procedures that was noted in the post before this one.  Check em out, they are very professional and can help you plot your path to participate in  major projects and programs.
