McGraw Hill sponsored NY Transportation Forum

OK here's the ad:

New York is embarking on a revitalized transportation agenda to ensure its role as a global leader and to spur economic growth.

On September 24, 2010, the 2010 New York State Transportation Summit will gather leaders from public agencies and private industry to discuss upcoming major infrastructure and development initiatives and explore partnership models that will take New York into a new transportation era.

The full-day program at the McGraw-Hill Conference Center in Manhattan is designed to improve dialogue about how New York’s transportation agenda will create new business opportunities. Attendees can expect to hear from a number of Federal, State and City agency leaders about development approaches, procurement opportunities and how new projects will be funded.

Now here's the skinny:

If you are a NY or NY registered DMWBE firm - you'll not only get to meet the end buyers but probably many of the important decision makers in the majority firms. A little expensive but probably well worth the investment. MWBE registration is $149. Just sayin'.

Go for it!
