So, if that's the case what have you done to get ready for more work?  Are you registered with the appropriate agencies?  Do your "majority" associates have your latest information? Many states and various agencies are missing their DMWBE goals by as much, and somtimes more than 50%.  But you can't blame the agencies and the prime firms if your material is not up to date and you haven't reminded them of such.

Not only does this impact the current American Reinvestment and Recovery Act programs, it's also a pretty common assumption that additional funds will be forthcoming for infrastructure, school facilities and so forth.  So if you missed out on this round, don't say we didn't warn you.  DMWBE's should all have the NO EXCUSES policy.
