New Link - Mike Purdy's Public Contracting Blog

We've added a link to Mike Purdy's Contracting Blog, although Mike writes about public contracting in Washington State, many of his frequent posts have national relevance. We've set the link up to search for MWBE topics but make sure you look around the blog, his recent posts about JOC Job Order Contracting, QBS Quality Based Selection and many others are well written and quite succinct, and he provides good links in his posts.
